Contact Form Bugs

Found a few bugs in the transition of the new site from the development host to the primary host. Those issues seem to be resolved. Simply put contact form was not working. The form was not written for a windows host and therefore had to be redone. The form is now functioning, but has lost one bit of functionality that I will be researching.
